Accepts reservations through Expedia and kayak, but any changes you request have to be handled by the broker. That part is fine except the number they have registered with Expedia is not answered. Expect to be totally screwed if you book through Expedia or Kayak because the hotel and the broker won’t talk to each other and both will say it’s the other party that is responsible. Totally regret trying to save a couple bucks.

This is a special hotel with big, airy rooms situated around a large courtyard. Wonderful, big, deep bathtubs, comfortable beds, good tech, nice breakfast bar. Friendly and helpful staff, good location for the local colleges. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I agree with other reviewers. There are some really nice things about this hotel -- primarily the courtyard which is a very inviting place to sit. The room itself (a King) was cold. The color palette is blacks, greys, and white. There are no cozy elements to make you feel comfortable. I don't suspect they can change this, but I didn't feel comfortable in the room. (From the pictures, it looks like some rooms have cozy rugs. My room did not -- just a grey floor.)
