Best Western Big Country Inn

We visited this old dinghy motel on May 1. The site is inundated with wild, stray cats and grounds littered with feces. After our stay there, both our VISA card and our Best Western Rewards accounts were hacked!! We will NOT stay again on our trip home.

Very convenient location off of I 5. The hotel was clean with outside corridors. The only downside for us was the large amount of cats. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. The breakfast very good with hot & cold items.

Friendly check in Large clean room with one level so very quiet Appreciated reusable shower items Comfortable bed Noticed a faint cat urine smell on carpet when turned heat on in the evening Lots of cats on premises and catfood put in parking lot Good breakfast with attentive staff Close to Starbucks and other fast food but not much else
