Americas Best Value Inn

Undown cracked tiles on walls and floor. Made me trip. Unfriendly manager. No coffee Lock on door broken so I piled up furniture to guard door. Lumpy bed. You’d think this chain would do something fast to correct problem. If I ever see this chain again there is no way I’ll stay in it

I stayed here for one night recently. I immediately checked out the bed, pulling back all the bedding and it seemed ok. Carpet, floors and odd peach-colored walls were dingy. Chunks of paint were peeling away from the walls. Bathroom was not great- but seemed almost clean enough. Front desk service was awful and housekeeping knocked on my door around 9:40am to ask what time I would be leaving!!!??? HATE THAT. At first I ignored her but the knocking persisted. The walls and windows are thin. It sounds like the freeway traffic is literally 2 inches away. When are they going to update the property, I wonder. Only redeeming thing is the bed was kinda comfortable and TV was decent.

It was a little low budget for the price. No screens on windows holes in walls around light fixtures. No snacks in vending machines. It was overpriced and it would be worth spending more money on somewhere else
