BEST WESTERN DANA POINT INN-BY

This is an AMAZING place to stay!! When I come to Dana Point, this is where I stay!! Family runned business that shows warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere is pleasant filled with flower pots and shrubs manicured beautifully! Napoleon, owner and his sister Summer make you feel at home! The rooms are clean and spacious! The bed and pillows are comfortable! The TV selections and option to stream Netflix is very good! The microwave and fridge were perfect! The soap, shampoo, lotion Citrus smell is really nice! Summer fixes fresh breakfast every morning. Omelets and other hot dishes. You feel like you're home!! The parking is free and the garage is washed and clean. Thank you again Napoleon and Summer for such INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!

The location is quite far away from the village, right on a busy coastal road. After crossing the road over a footbridge, you are also on the beach. The hotel has a garage. The rooms are quite simple and dark even for BW, but ultimately ok if you know BWs in America. Despite the location on the coastal road, the room was quiet because rough to the rear. Breakfast is very simple and is served in a tiny room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Michael is amazing. He deserves a raise! Perfect location, clean and great amenities for the price. If you wanna have a relaxing vacation to just hang out. This is the spot.
