Chateau Inn and Suites

The owner of The Chateau Inn openly denied my booked motel reservation because I am travelling with my California Licensed Service Dog. He argued with me for thirty minutes over the issue of my dog. He even examined my state-issued service dog papers, and further interrogated me over my disabilty. This denial of service is not only offensive, but a straight-up violation of federal law.

Very dirty and shady place..The manager Peter will try and keep your $20 deposit for anything..I would rather of slept in my truck..Tweekers live at this place full time and are in and out all night..Horrible!

Our family stayed there one night, The room was dirty, no bath towels, no coffee maker,This place is known for dealing drugs and for prostitutes. The night that we stayed while waiting in the parking lot to get in our car the police showed up and arrested two guys right in front of us. That is not a good experience. The sheets were dirty and the manager was rude. I do not think is a place to stay. Terrible.
