Tuscany Hills Resort

This place is an absolute joke. The management and ownership are the WORSTE. They scam you out of your money and refuse to do anything about it. We stayed her on a Sunday night. They put us in a lesser room than we paid for, kind you this place was practically empty. Then they made us pay an extra $20 to use the hot tub even though it says that those em entities are included with our stay. We pay the extra $20 and then when we go to use the hot tub it was ice cold. We checked it several times, still cold. We told management the next morning that we were unable to use it and they argued with us for five minutes about it. He said that he was unable to refund it but would make a note for the owner to refund it for us. The refund never came, a follow up never came, and when we complained about it they gaslighted us and are now refusing to refund us. The rooms are outdated and gross, there was someone living out of their car in the parking lot, the management was watching football and taking a nap in the living room area of the hotel. He was visibly and very noticeably high. Do yourself a huge favor and never stay here. Go look at the google reviews. Their response to these reviews are laughable.

We stayed here just one night in August 2021, and I wish we could've stayed longer. These are charming, beautifully decorated rooms in a serene, woodsy setting. The service is equally accommodating. Adrian was very friendly and helpful to us. One of the women service workers in charge of getting breakfast out was SO helpful! We had no coffee in our room, so she proceeded to fill a pot for us, plus stuff 2 bags of food for us. While she did, another customer was telling me how she had been there a week, and felt like family. I would definitely go back here.

The grounds and lodge were nicely rustic. Room was large and well-appointed. Adjacent to golf course and other activities. Clubhouse restaurant & bar were easily walkable. Staff were very accommodating and gracious.
