I reserved this room with out looking into the reviews, DONT SO THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! Room was supposed to be for me and my family (wife and 4kids) floors where super black that they don’t mop , bedsheets were ripped with holes , bathroom had a bad faul smell, it’s so nasty I wasn’t going to have my family spend a night in there I rushed out with out taking pictures or recording , I asked for refund and manager didn’t want to refund me , I will be disputing this because I need a refund .

We found out late in the evening we had to get a hotel. When we got there, the gal at the could not understand what we wanted. We needed a place to park an RV, and she said we couldn’t. Finally another, older guy came up and said there was plenty of parking on the other side of the building. Everything was marked “Parking for La Cucina, all others will be towed”. We parked anyway. We also had two vehicles, and there was no parking by our room. We also had to park in a no parking area. Rooms weren’t too bad. Shower had mold around it.

The hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The room smelled light rotting animal and cigarettes. There was grime and the walls, dirty pantyhose on the bathroom floor and yellow stains on the bed. I stayed for less than five minutes before checking out. Spend $10 more dollars and go somewhere that cleans their property.
