Holiday Motel

The worst experience, we ever made. We were pleased from the rates, we've seen at hotelcoupons.com The photos (also via internet) were good. The neighborhood was awful, with a lot of trash and prostitutes around. We went to our rooms, and after a few minutes, we have seen the whole mess. Missing or dirty towels. We asked the owner for new towels, and he gave us some grumpily. Then we have seen dirt, blood, hair and perhaps other body liquids in the bed and on the pillow. We asked the owner to change them, but he was unfriendly and he required from us to put the keys on the frontdesk and that we had to check out immediately. Fortunately, we got back our money. Never ever again until all eternity.

We went to Yosemite directly from Airport and came back around 8pm to check-in the hotel. As soon as drove in the parking area of this motel, we saw hookers calling... we moved straight to the office but no one in the office was available to open the door. We ringed the bell but no one appeared. We waited and when I called the booking agent, owner came and opened the door. I got the key to room and when I moved inside, the room looked clean but as soon as I saw the bed sheets, blankets, it was all spotted, very unclean. Toilet was very unclean too. We so much wanted to change the hotel but all out money was tied up and non-refundable now. We requested to change the bed sheet and owner changed our room but it was nothing much better. Bathroom shower was stuck and was not working well. We were so upset. On the next morning, when we moved for breakfast, products didn't seem to have original taste and expired. And on the next morning, there was no breakfast served at all, owners were busy sleeping. Hotel owner said there is a wifi but it did not work for me. Most horrible thing happened is, I developed rashes over the body which I am still recovering and had to visit doctors. My honest suggestion, do not go anytime there.

The owners had very horrible customer service . Owner was extremley RUDE!. Hookers and delinquits everywhere. Room was very dissatisfying. One of the worst nights in my life. Not worth the price at all! This place is a mess. I would give this an absolute zero if not negative.And to the ones who said it was a good stay is probably one of the owners. Smh horrible!
