Extended Stay America Economy Los Angeles - South

I had a bad experience at ES in Houston. So I was apprehensive about staying here. When we checked in the first room the bed spread was missing and the blanket had cigarette holes in it. Immediately my boyfriend went to request a room change. The second room was 100% better not only did it look clean, it felt clean and smelled fresh.

Overall great stay! Nice area with restaurants not too far, awesome amenities, they don’t have dishes to cook with in the room but you can get them in the lobby upon request. Also very friendly service would definitely recommend this place again.

I will never book or stay at this place again. The parking is horrible, I was advised that my car may get broken into. The office area reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet paper was not a new roll in my bathroom and the bed(mattress had dents in it. I did not feel safe as there were people smoking marijuana throughout the parking lot. I immediately ask for a refund and left.
