Hilton Los Angeles Northglendale Executive Meeting Center

It is a good hotel. It was a long time ago, but the staff are very friendly. Room conditioning is good and clean. Not so far from the Griffith Observatory. It was good to go to the Getty Center the next day.

I checked in and all night heard the next door guest having a conference that continued into the rest of the night from 12am to 4am+ and asked the front desk to move my room and she made it into a nightmare and even hung up on me instead of handling it in a proper friendly empathetic manner. Even at check in she was completely rude for no reason and made the simple process more confusing and complicated. BTW, my response was always completely calm, poised, and well mannered. I shouldn't have been treated in such poor way especially at a accommodation like the "Hilton". They can do better than that.

Terrible experience! The first room they gave us smelled strongly of moldy. The second room they gave us was visibly unclean, including grimey floor tiles, other people’s hair in the bathroom, and visible mold on the vanity. It was so gross we were unable to stay there. Hilton is refusing to refund us.
