SUPER 8 SANTA BARBARA/GOLETA

When we entered the room beyond the antiseptic odor, we noted that every lamp and appliance other than the small bottle type refrigerator were not plugged in. The room is sparse and beyond worn. The top of the toilet tank has a large crack down the middle. The wall above the mirror had fragment of an attempt to remove stickers which remained. The a/c was loud and unusable if you wanted to sleep. The bath towels are worn thin and mine had a 4-inch tear in it. There are no hand towels. Two bath and two face cloths. The single cup coffee maker put as much water on the cabinet as it did in the cup. We were charged $440 a night including $84 of "fees"?? The breakfast "Item" was not available until after 7AM as the lobby was locked until then. This place would make an ideal homeless shelter and perhaps that is their goal.

no internet available, no rate adjustment though free internet was advertised. Tiny room, unpleasant smell in room. We had planned to stay 3 nights, found another hotel after one night and check out. ....

Ugly dark room with really small beds. It was not comfortable to sleep with 2 persons in one jeden. The room was very dark and we didn’t feel there comfortable. Breakfast Not good, I wouldm‘t stay there again.
