Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hesperia

I came here this month to participate in a pilgrimage walk. I had a very short stay ( about 8 hours). I just stayed for the night to get some sleep. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was very nice. Comfortable beds. It is spacious. A refrigerator and microwave. There was not a coffee maker ( something in most hotel rooms now). It was very quiet. The bathroom is nice. There are Dove products in the shower and sink. No bars of soap to wash your hands! Real handwash in a bottle by the sink!! The water pressure was ok. I did not eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There was good parking. I was able to keep my car in the parking lot after I checked out. I would come back if I ever needed a place to stay in Hesperia.

Worst experience with any hotel ever. They are thieves and liers. I stayed 1 night, I had paid a $100 deposit i was supposed to get back after checkout. Not only did I not get my deposit back they charged me an extra $150 on top of it so $250 total. Two days before Christmas which made me go over drawn in my account which cost me even more. So when I went back and tried to figure out why, they said it was for damage to the property. When I left the room it was perfectly fine. Nothing was damaged at all. I asked what damages and they said that I had ripped a lamp off the wall and I destroyed the linens. I never even touched the lamp, and the linens I "destroyed" were the wash clothes my girl used to wipe her makeup off with... Then the manager who was working threatened to call the cops on me for telling him it was "bulls**t". I've never been treated so poorly by an business as I was thay day. The manager basically called me a lier and told me to get lost. All he did was have me write my name and number down and said they would call if anything changed. I'm pretty sure he put it right into the trash as I walked away. Worst customer service ever, calling their paying customers liers and vandals and threatening to call the cops on them. So thanks Holiday Inn for ruining my kids Christmas and for calling me a lier and stealing my money.

We stayed 3 nights at this Hotel and I can’t say enough about the kind and caring atmosphere we had. The manager Alex and the front desk clerk, Bryan made our visit,for family medical reasons, enjoyable. The housekeeping staff very very helpful and had a great work ethic. We will never stay anywhere else while in Hesperia and highly recommend the Holiday Inn and Suites.
