Terrible service at reception ( zero willingness to provide advice) not 100% clean room, broken iron, super noisy refrigerator. Under the World Cup the bar is closed while a game is on ( they open at 16:00). Not coming back

Amazing property: Location, Gym, Pool, Spa, Breakfast area, Lobby, Rooms, Beds, Pillows, Bar & Cafe-Food & Beverages, unbelievable. Wow, spectacular property! Excellent Guest services as well. Christina at Front Desk/Check In exceeded all my expectations. Thank you soo much!

beware! running scams outta this place. gm is a nightmare. illegally charged our cc 2x and never returned phone calls. don’t stay here!
