Hacienda Hotel

We stayed for 1 night and the staff were so very welcoming and helpful specifically. David and Larry. They assisted me with parking and even gave us all a popsicle for 4th of july. The room was clean and surprisingly large. Enough room for 3 of us. And the location was amazing. The shuttle to the airport was as easy as can be. Will definitely book again

We had two rooms booked. One king suite and one regular king room. The king suite did not have working AC. The management rented the room knowing there was a whole block of rooms without AC. I called multiple times regarding the issue and was told that it would be fixed in 30mins. In reality, they did not have maintenance crew available to fix the problem that night. The hotel just provided a small fan which did not cool the room at all. The room was smelled musty and was suffocating. The king room is tight if you have a lot of luggage with you. Hotel in general could use a good deep cleaning. Not a good value for the money. It is better to stay at the Residence Inn which is close by. It is much cleaner, rooms are larger and has working AC.

This place was remodeled from the old Hacienda Hotel. Quite frankly, I don’t think they even changed the carpet. The old, musty smell is extreme in the hallways and especially the rooms. I’m sure it’s the HVAC, carpets etc. Too expensive to replace. If you’re going to stay here, insist on getting a balcony room with a sliding glass door so at least you can get some fresh air. Be prepared.
