Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the air conditioner had been turned off, and the bedroom had a very strong musty/moldy smell. We tried airing out the room and keeping the AC running, but the odor remained throughout our stay.
We asked to switch rooms, but the front desk explained that the hotel was completely booked due to the holiday, so that wasn’t an option. While I understand that being fully booked limited what they could do, the condition of the room was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel addresses the mold or moisture issue so future guests don’t have the same experience.
