Luxe Hotel Sunset Blvd

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the rooms and amenities felt very cheap—more like a Motel 6 than what we expected. We booked a deluxe king room, but there was no sofa, the chair was broken, there was no room with a view, and the carpets looked old and worn. Thankfully, we only booked one night. The valet staff and customer service were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing. We had driven five hours from Silicon Valley to attend an event and were exhausted, especially traveling with a toddler. Because we were only staying one night, I didn't want to spend time dealing with complaints.

I didn’t stay there. I go there to meet people for breakfast I go because the valet person Cynthia always handles herself professionally and with great spirits. Always friendly and always happy to help with anything relates to my car. Thank you for your friendly attitude

Eric was such a kind help getting me to my rooms!
