The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the rooms and amenities felt very cheap—more like a Motel 6 than what we expected. We booked a deluxe king room, but there was no sofa, the chair was broken, there was no room with a view, and the carpets looked old and worn.
Thankfully, we only booked one night. The valet staff and customer service were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing.
We had driven five hours from Silicon Valley to attend an event and were exhausted, especially traveling with a toddler. Because we were only staying one night, I didn't want to spend time dealing with complaints.
