Crystal Park Casino Hotel

Our family stayed at LA Crystal & Casino Hotel for a weekend, and from the very first moment we walked in, we were impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — the kind of service that immediately sets the tone for your entire stay. The hotel offers a large, secure, complimentary parking area, which was a huge convenience for us. Our room was extremely spacious and absolutely spotless — one of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. We had breakfast included, and the selection was excellent. The gentleman working in the breakfast area was exceptionally kind and recommended that I try his favorite waffles. After tasting them, they instantly became my favorite as well. But the most extraordinary part of our experience happened after we left. During a long road trip (Los Angeles → Las Vegas → Arizona → Utah → Texas → New York), I realized in Las Vegas that I had lost my house keys — the keys to the car and home waiting for us in Europe. It was a nightmare scenario: we would have landed back home with no way to access our car or house. I called the LA Crystal Hotel, and to my relief, the staff had found my keys. Not only that — they immediately offered to ship them to our hotel in New York. They packed them securely, insured the shipment, and sent it out the same day. And incredibly, they covered the $140 shipping cost themselves. They never asked me to pay a cent. Absolutely incredible and outstanding service. The keys arrived on time, and we picked them up at check‑in in New York. Thanks to the LA Crystal team, we avoided a huge problem and a lot of stress. We are truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. We are planning to return to Los Angeles next year, and we will absolutely stay at LA Crystal & Casino Hotel again. That's for sure!!! If you're reading this, please don't think twice — stay at this hotel. Places like this are rare. Great hotel for little money. After few days from checking out we discovered we lost our car and house keys. We realised we left them in this hotel, but we were already in a different state planned to travel more. The management was so good to post the keys to our hotel in New York on their expense. Thank you!!!

This is a very nice hotel in LA Area, rooms are very big, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped, the breakfast offers a nice choice of food and drinks
