Lake Arrowhead Resort Spa

The only thing resort about this place are their prices. The food at the bin 189 is super expensive with a budget taste. I would recommend you go to crestline and hit up Jensen's supermarket for dessert they have an epic bakery. Otherwise you're paying $15 not quite a piece of cake.

So disappointing. Great location, but if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel does not offer quiet and calm. Guests are rude, yelling in hallways with their kids, barking dogs in the middle of the night, and if you have a room over the pool, you'll hear music blaring until 10pm.

Great location. Nice hotel but it could be better. I was hoping for a First Class experience and instead we got Comfort Plus. The seems very willing to deliver a great experience but they do not seem to be well trained. Management could do a better job with training and management should be visible.
