Irvine Suites Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent—close to both the beach and many restaurants. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Service was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food available on-site. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation/graduation nearby schools.

Great hotel, very clean and functional room, hot breakfast, safe neighborhood, and friendly hotel staff. Several restaurants all within a 3-minute walk of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But, besides that, so many issues here. 1) Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 a.m. At 7:05 a.m., the room was still locked and the lights were off. Front desk person just shrugged. We knocked until a guy who clearly had just arrived for work opened the door and turned lights on. We wanted to grab coffee and get on the road -- 8 hour drive ahead. But, no coffee. 2) The treads on the fronts of the steps in the stairwell are peeling off, hanging a couple inches away from the treads. Dangerous, a fall waiting to happen. 3) A big sign at the front desk promises 24-hour coffee in the lobby. Each morning, it was not working! The bored front desk attendant again just shrugged. Said "It has to be re-set." By who? When? Shrug. I suggested she take down the sign that was displayed right in front of her since 24-hour coffee availability is a lie. She just looked away. Seriously, we have some customer service problems here.
