The Purple Orchid Wine Country Resort & Spa

A charming, small boutique resort with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Livermore Wine Valley, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfasts and wine tastings, nice small pool with waterfall. The outdoor jacuzzi was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring the area. Wonderful place for a peaceful wine-country getaway.

We went for our 43rd wedding anniversary. They made us feel welcome and special. Surprised us with rose petals in our suite. Definitely a 10! Loved the peace and relaxation. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Massage and facial were awesome. Had breakfast and lunch by the pool too. Will definitely be back !!

We stayed in the Double Eagle room, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed its outdoor seating area. Everything about the resort was excellent--lovely, quiet spot but not too far out of town (close to several wineries), beautiful building and grounds, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The coffee was especially good. We didn't use the spa. If we return to Livermore, we'll definitely stay again.
