This was not at all what I would have expected from a Hilton. It wasn't the worst place Ive ever stayed, but it was close. The room was clean enough, but the carpet was questionable and it was small and really outdated. The coffee bar in the lobby wasn't checked because the hot water was actually barely warm. The breakfast was basic, but good enough but the coffee was horrible. If you're in a pinch, its not horrible, but there's a newer Hilton down the street, book that one.

Great and friendly staff. Thank you Mgr. Adam Smith for trying your very best to remedy the accommodation situation. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. tried hard to resolve our problem but unfortunately it was the hotel with the problem. Phone in room didn't work, pillows were almost completely flat, bed uncomfortable, room carpet look extremely worn & dirty, bathroom shower the various head settings didn't work only the hard pulse worked. We later learned from another guest the hotel was sold and no repairs where being done as a total remodeling was coming but no one knew when. We have stayed in many Hampton Inn in various states and this one desperately needs an upgrade. We were originally staying 7 nights. Checked out after 1 night.

First, this hotel is hell of old with holes on the floor & elevator wall. Add to this a crappy breakfast and a view on the local McDonalds and it's truly at best a 2* experience.
