Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles

The stile hotel/kasa was a 5 out of 5 experience. I really appreciate the staff there. Their workers are really kind, accommodating, and helpful anytime I needed to ask questions and the lounge/cafe was amazing as well. The room was very nice and clean. The security was great. It’s a great location as well. The owner/manager of the bar/cafe that’s anttached to the lobby and his staff were particularly kind. He let me and my friends get together and play board games in the lounge for hours. That really made my trip because part of finding a place for us to get together to do that was something I was stressing about. If you’re looking for a great stay look no further!

Take your money somewhere else!!!! I have been here for 4 nights, my room has been neglected and not cleaned, I dont have toilet paper, no new towels, no water no coffee, they have cleaned it only once, they ask you in the beginimg if you ant cleaning or not I said yes, yesterday I had to take the garbage out myself, The service is beyond bad and the cleaning is non existant.

Great value in DTLA with clean, comfortable large rooms. Rooftop pool with gorgeous views. Very helpful and kind staff.
