To begin my stay I had a very bad experience trying to communicate with the hotel about personal accommodations like early check in, room availability, and overall terrible attitude specially after I was being very understanding about the busy time of the year. I was able to get in contact with Hilton corporate to clarify my concerns as well just a simple explanation like “check in is not until 4 but if your room it’s ready there’s no problem, plus you can check in early as a Hilton honors member”. The hotel experience was easily enjoyable as to what you expect from a Hilton hotel. The staff were very accommodating despite the busy schedule, very friendly and welcoming. The building is a bit old but working in great condition, one thing that might be a personal preference but maybe have more options of snacks inside the room so I don’t have to go down for a soda (there was just 2 waters in the room). The room itself had very nice beds and comfortable mattress and clean. The bathroom however, the bathtub had brown stains on the floor so maybe that as well if you’re someone like me that specifically when it comes to bathrooms, I’d prefer cleanliness, but the room overall was great I had a comfortable stay. They have a wonderful pool very nice and well kept just enough to get some laps around before a busy day. The common areas indoor like the eating area and lobby are also very nice and great looking. Breakfast is $25 per person until 10 or 11am I believe (it should be 11am I’m literally vacationing let me sleep in). Parking is tight and scarce, if you got a big car good luck, but a spot will come along sooner than later. $35 a night. Overall A good experience but things can be improved for next time. There will be a next time .👍

Giulana helped us out at check in and was super sweet! Gave us full details on the property and amenities. Our room was also super clean! Great stay!
