I went for my birthday for the day and rented a cabana and I had the best time Antonio was super helpful and nice I really appreciate the service!

Worst hotel experience of our travels across the USA and Europe. - Key cards constantly stopped working. We ended up with around 5 cards for 2 people. - Pool/room drink orders come with a delivery fee. First hotel we’ve ever seen doing that. We also waited 40 minutes for 2 cocktails when the pool was nearly empty. - No toothbrushes or slippers in the room. Had to request them and wait almost 2 hours. - Wanted to charge $50 for just 2 extra hours of late check-out. - On check-out day, none of our key cards worked anymore, so we couldn’t even access the pool before leaving. We’ve stayed in many hotels, from boutique properties to luxury brands, across multiple countries. This was, without a doubt, the worst. Not recommended. Shame for a brand with such a name to provide service worse than a tent in a garden. Greetings from Switzerland.

I was here for business needing to go to Crypto.com Arena in multiple occasions and this hotel is so conveniently located. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by as well as a lovely cinema across the street. There are multiple transit options nearby also to get to other parts of the city.
