Quality Inn Mid Wilshire Plaza

We stayed two nights and the AC in our room did not work either night. We told the front desk after the first night and were told maintenance would come. When we came back that evening, staff said it was fixed, but the room was just as hot. We asked to be moved to another room and were told none were available. The only compensation offered was a bottle of water. We barely slept and were miserable in the heat. The room itself may have been fine, but a working AC is a basic expectation, and staff never took ownership of the problem. I'd hope management handles this better for future guests.

Not a particularly bad stay except for the limited parking, and large clump of hair found in the shower. Brought the cleanliness of the bathroom to front desk staff upon checking out and received a luke warm response with "okay".

The location is sketchy. The hotel is run down. The parking garage is awful - they jam pack everyone's car into a small garage and you can't get in or out without a rude night guard to move cars around. Never going back.
