Quality Inn & Suites Montebell

When I saw the hotel from the freeway, I thought to myself: Oh…been there awhile. Yes, it has been here awhile but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and how very clean the room was. It does have a pool ( looks like a 1970 pool / nostalgic! ) Hotel does offer a delicious club sandwich which you can order right there at the bar. Overall, a perfect rest from the traffic that goes 24/7 on the 5 freeway.

stayed here 5 plus times every time had to change room due to tv not working front desk bias towards men with same problem tv not working met with friendliness apologies and another room key no problems extraordinary bias displayed by clerk Kathy M towards elderly couple with exact same problem met with extreme hostility and rudeness unfortunately there was never anybody else to talk to or complain to very unpleasant experience Tv in suite same problem was met with unsettling rudeness

Quality Inn stays true to their Name: Quality. Staying at this clean, spacious, welcoming hotel was the best choice. Citlaly was extremely helpful from reserving to checking out. Citlaly made us feel like we mattered as guests and went above expected service. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Laughed and smiled were present at all times. The rooms were clean and spacious. It has a clean smell and you can tell they do care about the cleanliness of this building. The lobby is lovely decorated and the Christmas tree does not dis point. It is family friendly and would definitely stay here again.
