Renaissance Los Angeles Airpor

Probably the best airport hotel I have stayed at. Called ahead to inquire about how parking would work and the desk agent was very helpful. She also checked our room status and let us know we could check in very early. Arrival was smooth and they helped us navigate the World Cup shuttle service, as we were headed to a match. After the game we had drinks and apps in the hotel bar. A nice concierge lounge for my platinum status, a large clean gym (although some equipment was broken) and late checkout were all appreciated.

Just stayed here with my wife for the Bosnia/Switzerland world cup event. The staff was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for the event. It was amazing that you cannot hear the airplanes flying in at all. Tony - the sales rep was super helpful - made everything very easy. Leti - the bar mixologist - super nice and spot on with her drinks. We will stay here again of we find ourselves in LA. Gloria - the Platinum support agent was fantastic also from the time we scheduled the room. The email support was amazing. This place has their customer service dialed in. Thanks!

Very old hotel in need of a total renovation ! I will never stay there again and will put my money elsewhere like the Hyatt regency next door !!!
