Economy Inn

This was a great find last year for my annual trip up north and I was looking forward to staying there again. For an extremely reasonable price, this little gem is very comfortable: the bedding, the higher height bed and bathroom fixtures, a shower with elbow room. The landscaping, decor and amenities are extravagant for what was originally a classic Americana mid-century U-shaped motel. Their housekeeper does an exceptional job cleaning and preparing the rooms. Do leave her a tip, won't you?

I stayed here a few times traveling back and forth between the Bay Area and LA for business purposes. It's the best choice for an overnight stay in this part of the Central Valley because of the value, secureness, privacy, easy checkin/out process, cleanliness, and functional rooms. It's fairly quiet and you get a parking spot. It's near I-5 and several other state highways, so easy to access. No major homeless encampments or tweekers spoted in the immediate vacinity. Some stores, gas stations closeby. I'd recommend to anybody looking for a decent place for a short stay. It lives up to it's name. Economical, yet solid product.

Very nice older hotel well kept - family run. Room was clean and had a great bed! Plants in parking lot very well maintained. We talked with the owners and they recommended good Italian restaurant down the block. I loved that the hotel has an older style feel - tray ceiling - crown molding . Very nice ! Thank you!!
