CASA VERDE INN

Customer service is great. The staff is very friendly, and treats all customers with respect. Location is great and prices are fantastic. Shopping and the beach is very close. Other hotels in the same location should sit down and collaborate on how to conduct business properly with The Casa Verde staff. I will continue to stay here everytime I come to Monterey for business or pleasure.

, you like sketchy people and are looking to buy drugs, this is the place for you. Our door did not even lock. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and the rooms next to you.the beds are extremely uncomfortable and squeak with EVERY little movement. The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Would not refund our night. After we found a USED syringe inside our "clean" room. There are people obviously dealing drugs on the property that the owners do nothing about. If YOU HAVE to stay here bring a blanket that you have no problem throwing away. The beds are disgusting. Obvious signs of urine and blood on the sheets.ALL THE PHOTOS that this property post are fake

Its the most overpriced and disgusting place ive ever been to. Bedsheets were stained, it smelled dirty, everything was run down and dusty, dont go there. YUCK. The pictures online was lying, and the hotel staff did not take the feedback seriously.
