Motel 6 - Downtown Monterey

Please don’t read the reviews and let your mind be made up about this place. We stayed in room 104 for two nights. Ground floor and parking right outside the window. Huge bed, fresh linens, spotlessly clean and great pressure/hot water. Yes, there are things that a little ‘odd’ such as a shelf unit resting on a safe and having to move the microwave and coffee machine to get them near a socket but they’re little things…. Life’s too short to grumble about this. A warm welcome awaits you if you give it a chance!

Avoid this Fishermen's Cove Inn. AVOID.. AVOID.. Terrible experience. Shaking and vibrating room all day and night. Got NO SLEEP.

Smells like mold. Ended up leaving.
