MARRIOTT NAPA VALLEY

I stayed at the Napa Valley Marriott for $270 a night and was disappointed. The room was average and the bathroom not clean. I was surprised by a bill full of taxes and fees. Food options were surprisingly poor, though the pool was nice—just no staff around. I was misled about the daily credit and got no info on breakfast. Overall, poor service and not welcoming—the worst Marriott I’ve visited as a Bonvoy member. I was surprised by additional taxes and fees on the final bill, besides a $60 destination fee. Dining options were limited, though the pool was pleasant, even if unattended by staff. I was also misinformed about the daily credit and received no details about breakfast. Overall, the service was not on the expected level and felt lacking, and the stay fell short of what I usually expect from a Marriott property.

We had a work meeting and everyone was so helpful and pleasant! Blossom at the front desk, Joanne in food/bev, and Phoebe with IT. Amazing!!

Shout out to staff at Napa Valley Marriott who helped us with our reservation on the weekend 101 got shut down from the King Tides. We got stuck in San Rafael with nowhere to go. We called Napa Valley Marriott and the receptionist and Manager helped us with the reservation. Kudos for helping us. We will be back!
