The Cottages of Napa Valley

My husband Chis and I had the pleasure of staying at Cottages of Napa Valley for several days in early September. We wouldn't change a thing! The hospitality and service was incredible from the moment we arrived on property. We loved the added touches like the morning bakery deliveries, the fresh eggs, and the herbs from the garden, along with the immaculate, well-appointed cottages that had everything we needed. This place is a home away from home. My only regret is that we had such a busy schedule that we couldn't relax at the property more. We will have to fix that next we come back. Definitely recommend 100%!!!

This is our second stay at the Cottages, and it will not be our last. This is a wonderful, hidden gem! Just a couple of miles south of Yountville and easily accessible to everything in the Napa Valley. The cottage in which we stayed, both times, is charming and completely stocked with everything we needed and more. We are sure, that over time, Mike and his crew have learned an anticipated what their guests will need and want. Its all there! We didn't do much cooking this time. The morning delivery of pastries from the Bouchon Bakery seems like enough. Fresh eggs are available on site, so I made a few hard cooked eggs to supplement the pastries for breakfast. Otherwise, we enjoyed meals nearby. There are any number of fabulous restaurants within a very few miles of the cottages. Yes, of course, there are the wineries to visit. We went to the newly remodeled and world famous Robert Mondavi Winery for a great experience. We also saw the Wyeth Family exhibit at the Museum of Art and Culture (The MAC) in Healdsburg. This new museum in St Helena has hosted world-class exhibitions. Our next time will need to be in the fall or spring so we can take advantage of the fireplace in our cottage and the firepits in the yard outside. Hotels in Napa are very expensive, but this is a relative bargain. No, its not cheap, but if you are looking for a great place to stay for your visit to Napa Valley, stay here!
