We travel here at least once a year and usually stay in the Sailor Suite. Every visit has been a terrific vacation! The two young ladies at the front desk were so attentive, welcoming, and helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember their names, but they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Chris is awesome and always goes the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. His outstanding service is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. We will continue to stay at the Newport Beach Hotel for years to come. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

This was our second stay at the Newport Beach Hotel, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The customer service was truly outstanding. We especially want to give a shoutout to Hunter at the front desk for being so kind, welcoming, and accommodating, but honestly every interaction we had with the staff was top-notch. This time we stayed in the Regatta Room, and it was absolutely adorable . Clean, cozy, and perfect for our getaway. The property is always impeccably maintained, and we constantly saw the cleaning crew sweeping and mopping to keep everything spotless. We also appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the ample supply of sand toys, towels, and games available for guests. The location couldn’t be better . Just steps from the beach and surrounded by so many great food and drink options within walking distance. We absolutely love staying here and already can’t wait for our next visit!

Absolutely Amazing Staff!!! Hunter, Kevin and Morgan were fantastic along with Chris and Nicole providing terrific Service. Everyone one there was absolutely splendid to be around and the House-Service staff were outstanding... Thank you for making our time with you a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Star Experience...!!!
