I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was not properly cleaned and had a strong, foul odor that seemed to be related to a plumbing or sewage issue. I was given cleaning spray and air freshener, but that did not fix the actual problem. The shower also would not drain properly, so water built up while I was trying to use it. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before the room was given to a guest. The room was also missing essential amenities. Instead of face towels, there were only hand towels available. On top of that, the Wi-Fi did not work, even though it was advertised as part of the stay. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered for hours. I even contacted customer service representatives, and they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel by phone. It is unacceptable that neither guests nor customer service could get a response from the property. Overall, this stay left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and extremely disappointed. I paid for a clean, functional, and comfortable room, but instead I dealt with unsanitary conditions, unresolved maintenance problems, missing amenities, and a serious lack of communication from the hotel staff.

Thanks for extending the bar time for us. This two drinks really helped us out! The breakfast here is the best free breakfast we experienced in all of our travels.
