We booked a room here mid-July for a Labor Day weekend trip to Ojai. Three days before our trip we got a message from the hotel saying they wouldn’t have electricity for the last day of our stay. When I called to inquire about what the hotel would do for us for that last night, I was told I could cancel if I wanted. So in summary, this place wanted us to pay full price for a room with no electricity for a day when temperatures are supposed to reach near 100. When basic amenities like air conditioning are not available during this heat, at least offer a discount. We frequent Ojai and will never attempt to stay here again.

This is such a cool place - wish we had been able to stay for more than one night. Large, comfortable room and super friendly staff. Really quiet. This is a great place to stay and I'll definitely book it again when we return to Ojai.

We loved our stay here. Nice property, clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed the pool and sitting in the green spaces. The hotel was only a couple of miles or so from downtown. We will stay here again.
