Ayres Hotel & Suites Ontario Convention Center

Absolutely filthy. Drip stains and hand prints on headboard, chicken bones on floor, tub damaged, mold and stains in bathroom, towel holder hanging off wall, baseboards gross. I was transferred to a different room but told by front desk that managers are only on property once a week for a couple of hours. Completely disgusting experience and the worst hotel I have ever been in.

I stayed at Azure Hotel & Suites Ontario, A Trademark Collection Hotel, from July 11th–13th, 2026, and if TripAdvisor allowed zero stars, that is what I would give this property. Check-in around 7:00 PM took about 25 minutes due to problems with their computer system. After finally getting to my room, I found only one set of towels. When I called the front desk to request more, I was told the hotel had completely run out of towels. For any hotel, let alone a branded one, that is simply unacceptable. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned. There were long strands of hair in the bathtub and a visible hole in the shower curtain—issues that should have been caught and addressed before any guest checked in. The front desk did offer to move me, but I was on a tight schedule for a conference and could not afford the extra time to pack up and switch rooms. Later that night, additional hand towels were left directly on the floor outside my door, not in a bag or any protective covering. This raised obvious hygiene concerns. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, my room was never cleaned for the entire stay. I was forced to manage with one towel and one face cloth the whole time. Overall, this stay showed a lack of cleanliness, poor operations, and little regard for basic guest comfort. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers or anyone who expects even minimal standards of cleanliness and service

Unique. This is not a chain hotel and appears to be family owned, although part of the Wyndham properties. The location is excellent if you are visiting the Ontario Convention Center. The room was clean and the bathroom had a beautiful, green marble floor. The bed is separated by a half wall, from the "living area". This was appreciated as one person wanted to sleep while the other needed to keep working. there is a central, outdoor patio and pool area which is inviting and relaxing. Price was reasonable. The hallways have prints of classical European and American artwork, which was fun to look at. The breakfast was good but nothing amazing. There is an EXCELLENT diner next door called Spires. Great service and good diner food.
