Stayed here April 19-21. My colleague and I told the front desk agent at check in that we wanted to split the cost down the middle and we each provided our credit cards. I received a notice on my Amex of that charge on April 20. On April 22 I received another notice stating that I was charged. Surely it was a mistake so I didn’t check my statement until April 26 and yes indeed I was charged for the full amount via 2 transactions and my colleague not charged at all. Called the hotel on the 27th and was told the manager would have to handle this and he would not be in until 8am on the 28th and he would contact me. Well no response so I called a bit after noon and he hasn’t even attempted to correct anything. So I asked him to handle it and he could call me back after 330. I had some time at 320 so i called and his “solution” is to just get the cash from my colleague. That’s not my responsibility or what we had agreed to at check in. If he wanted to give me cash he would have done so April 19. He wanted his card charged as his family pays his credit card bill. Cash would mean he’s paying me out of his pocket. As a diamond select member I’m appalled at the low level of service. I didn’t even get welcome check in goody bag or acknowledgement of the status and now being treated this poorly and expecting me to fix a mistake their front desk agent made?!

For a weekend conference nearby we choose this hotel as we love the chain. We were not dissappointed. The grounds, rooms and lobby were clean and maintained, as well as updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is on the edge of iffy, but we felt safe in our room. Parking seemed limited, but we seemed to find the last space each evening. It is near an intersection, so in the evening you can hear some of the hotrods speeding by. There is a fridge in the room, but no microwave. The breakfast was full choice, and maintained, from pastries, breads, cerials, eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmal and yogurt. Someone for everyone. It was quiet in the breakfast room when we were there. To-go boxes to take back to your room if needed. We were suprised by the beautiful stormy sunset from our window. Would stay again if in the area.

Second time staying here. Good value for the price but only a 8-10 minute drive to the Toy Story Parking Lot for your Disneyland trip. Rooms are nicely decorated and suitably stocked with toiletries. Nice to see there is no wall-to-wall carpeting BUT the floor needed a good wash! Our socks were black and I used a facecloth to mop up some water I spilled and the facecloth was black.
Staff are very friendly and we were always welcomed when we came into the lobby. The breakfast was average, and a bit disappointing compared to other BW we have stayed at. The coffee reminded me of the "syrup" coffee on cruise ships - we ended up making coffee in the lobby with the Kcup machine. I recommend adding a kettle for tea - it's not the same using Kcup hot water for making tea.
The breakfast lady is lovely and would check on supplies in the back when asked (eg. there was only vanilla yogurt out but when I asked about other flavors she did get me some). Breakfast room could get crowded depending on when you went - we ended up taking food back to our room most days.
Location seemed noisy at first since you are right on a busy road but by 10 pm it was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping.
