GetAways at Vista Mirage Resort

Disappointing. Laundry room and exercise room are on second floor and accessible only via a windy staircase. Thus, very difficult for the disabled. Laundry is very expensive. Furniture is worn and a screen door is torn. Garbage disposal isn’t working. Signage within property is poor.

I have stayed one night in the Vista mirage Palm Springs in May 2026 and regret that it was only one night as I very much enjoyed this short trip. A fair price for a bit appartment (actually suitable for a family and not a single person). Good equipment and very cosy. There was a strange smell though. Very cute decoration prepared by housekeeping staff, loved it! There is a nice pool as well as other entertaining equipment including a gym. Latter I enjoyed very much. Everything positive and great, sole unpleasant experience was the roach creeping out of the sink...

I stayed in an upstairs 2 bdrm unit for one week. Initial impression of the resort was not good: stair treads are so worn and damaged that the rebar is visible. The living room couch and dining chairs are uncomfortable, dirty and worn out, as is the carpet. As others have noted, the faux leather material is peeling off the cushions. Really unacceptable for a "resort", or even for a budget hotel. However, I did like the spacious floorplan, the kitchen was very well-stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. The upstairs unit has clerestory windows that provided ample sunlight. Soundproofing is good and I rarely heard my neighbors. The staff was excellent and helpful. Location is great and only a short 10-minute bike ride from downtown Palm Springs (e-bike ride) and there are several restaurants nearby. I would consider staying here again if they would replace the horrible living room & dining furniture! But as a Hilton and Worldmark timeshare owner, Vista Mirage is not up to the standards that I have come to expect from my usual stays.
