Hampton Inn and Suites Palm Desert

We spent 1 night at this place with my family and we were extremely pleased with our stay. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Our room,a King Studio had everything we needed. The gym and the pool are great. The breakfast,the wifi and the parking are free. You get a good stay for the price you pay!(under $200/night)

Friendly staff. For the rooms and the pool I would only give 3 points: Rooms could be more modern and pool better cleaned. Breakfast selection good by American standards. Hampton Inn is usually well accommodated on a round trip, will book again.

This place is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. There was no digital key feature that was working. The internet reception was extremely poor. The customer service IS beyond terrible! The management within this hotel does no courtesy call backs to ensure customer satisfaction whatsoever. There’s absolutely no follow through. There’s zero communication. The inexperienced high schooler working overnight definitely had NO customer service, AND a terrible attitude. She specifically, made me feel like I was staying at the Chester Inn motel in the middle of nowhere. Especially with her discriminating behavior. Disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a circus. AVOID at all costs.
