Hyatt Regency Suites

The rooms were not clean and gave motel vibes instead. Gum on our door, pee leak in the bathroom. my cousins room smelled like cigarettes and my sisters room had throwup stains.

The Hyatt, Palm Springs lived up to its name. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. We spent 2 relaxing afternoons lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails we had purchased from the hotel’s convenient bar and restaurant. The hotel’s prime downtown location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants, bars, and museums. I highly recommend The Hyatt, Palm Springs, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you, Hyatt.

The bathrooms don’t work. The bathtub doesn’t drain. The toilet doesn’t flush. I had to use my hand and sewage water to make it flush this happened in multiple rooms to multiple guests. The elevators don’t work. The paint is falling off the wall walls. Electrical wires are exposed.
