It was quiet and peaceful freindly staff helped me with all my cares

I reserved and stayed at this location primarily because it accepted pets. I reserved my room and checked in my room both with the fact I had a pet and this was acceptable and all fees were included in my total charge. Upon check out I was asked If I had a pet with me. Of course I said yes. He acted surprised and said I would be charged an additional 35.00 a day . I was shocked and said I was told all fees were included by Booking.com and by check in clerk and that I would not pay the additional charges. He insisted I owed them . I said I would not be paying them and walked out. I still havent received my 100.000 room deposit back. No damages to room I should get my full deposit back.

It's a convenient location, but this Best Western property doesn't have much else going for it. Given its convenient location at the intersection of the freeways, it isn't quiet. They were kind enough to place one pair of earplugs in the room if you wanted to subdue the noise. If you're going to use the fitness room and the pool, you need a separate key for each of those, and that key will change every day; so you need to carry three key cards with you - don't get them mixed up. Probably the coldest air conditioner I've had, but it was also the loudest I think I've ever had. The room was clean, but aged. If it's a short stay and the location is good, it's okay .... but if I'm back in the area again, I'll look around at some other options.
