Ramada Poway San Diego North

We had a really great experience at the Ramada by Wyndham in Poway! A huge thank you to Sam at check-in for being so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. He really went out of his way to help us get the room we wanted and made the entire check-in process easy and pleasant. Sam was also incredibly thoughtful and gave me an apple and an orange, which was such a nice gesture. He even gave me apple juice and orange juice mixed together, which was surprisingly good! The fruit was sweet on its own, the juice was sweet on its own, and together it made the whole interaction even more memorable. It’s the little things like that that make a stay stand out. Sam made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Really appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Sam, and thank you Ramada Poway!

we stayed 2 nights in San Diego, the hotel is rather out of the way, the room had a bad smell, we even found a cockroach and it was not cleaned. frankly I would not return there

Always a great stay! Thank you, Sam!
