My friends and I stayed here for a convention that was in town. The place was nice, but the employees took advantage of us and kept our deposit because they said there was damage in one of the rooms. There was no damage. When we asked to speak to someone, they refused to give us the general managers info, and they wouldn't tell us what the damage was. The person at the front desk said the housekeeper made the ultimate decision. They scammed us out of our deposit. I wouldn't waste your money here. Definitely wasn't worth the 200$ deposit plus what we paid for the rooms themselves. This is still not resolved, and their complaint process is a scam too. You'll never get your money back; they make sure of it!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants a warning to future guests. My daughter and I stayed here for just one night. We checked in late, went straight to bed, and checked out early the next morning. We barely touched anything in the room.
To my shock, I was later charged for supposed "room damages." No one from the hotel contacted me during or after the stay to discuss this; I simply saw the charge on my statement.
Advice to future travelers:
Take photos and videos of the entire room the moment you check in. Document everything, no matter how clean or undisturbed it looks. It’s unfortunate that this is necessary, but based on my experience, it’s clear that guests need to protect themselves.
I won’t be returning, and I suggest others think twice before booking.

We drove into motel and immediately noticed a man smoking right outside one of the rooms. We then walked into our room and noticed the air conditioning unit was funky. The unit didn’t fit into its wall space so they had stuffed pieces of foam around it with obvious open spaces. It was also extremely extremely loud. It actually made me nervous in terms of safety. I really didn’t notice much else about the room because I was freaking out. My husband also thought room had a weird smell. Honestly I then checked the reviews here on Trip Advisor and got more uncomfortable. I checked with a friend who works with HVACs, sent him photos of air conditioner, and he assured me that it was safe but I couldn’t tolerate it so we left and went to a different motel which turned out to be only about $40 more a night and was much nicer.
