Sequoia Inn

the room was disgusting (mold, ash spots, burns in the sheets, tiny sandpaper towels, cigarette smell, i could go on), but if you only need one reason to not go here it’s the service. genuinely the rudest, and least hospitable people I have ever met, we were yelled at for trying to fix our keys that wouldn’t let us into our own room, and they are trying to scam us out of our deposit. worst hotel experience ever, sleep literally anywhere else.

If you are in town to attend a event and need a decent place to sleep, this is a low cost option. Restaurants, stores are reachable on foot and the motel also has parking available. The rooms needed to be upgraded though. Everything seems old

We checked in late Wednesday night, and I used my CC to secure the room and as a deposit. When we checked out, for bookkeeping reasons we paid in full with a different credit card. Now I can't them to release the authorization for the initial deposit. They are delaying and running me through a mountain of bureaucracy. So far, I am up to 3 phone calls, each resulting in instructions to call someone else in their lousy company. Do NOT stay here!
