Horrible. Things in the room so outdated and falling apart, as well as dirty and dusty. It was so noisy and loud at all hours. Bells ringing, a freight train passes by, guests walking past loudly talking in the hallway. Service was extremely inconsistent. Room service was friendly but the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I did bring up all of my issues during the stay and they really didn’t do anything. Room service confused my order multiple times and it was also very slow. A very frustrating stay

This is such an Exceptional hotel! Gorgeous with awesome food too. Ramone and Adam are some of the friendliest people I have ever met at any hotel! If your going to visit Ontario, California The Mission Inn is the place to stay!!

The staff and room was excellent. The restaurant at the steakhouse was one of the best meals. I've had couldn't ask for friendlier. Staff can just put a smile on your face.
