Travelled with partner and pet for 1 night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BW SHADOW INN in woodland, Ca! Floor and carpet was filthy, bathroom was very dated and had a very very bad (stinky) odor, more importantly: BED SHEETS and PILLOW CASES in the king bed was NOT changed from the previous guests and I was absolutely horrified! Walls lacked any form of artwork. Telephone in room did Not work, there was no safe in room; parking lot seemed unsafe (we saw guys in their cars parked in the lot which seemed unusual so we felt unsafe in room). Breakfast food was subpar (only protein offered was scrambled eggs that appeared to be freeze dried type?); had some breakfast burritos which were not very good; dining area very cramped. Entire hotel either needs a major remodel to bring it up to even lowest level of prior Best western standards or this hotel needs to be demolished entirely. Please find another hotel and don’t waste your money. I won’t be booking any BW hotels in the future based solely on this experience. This place deserves zero stars. Management needs to be replaced or better yet, shut down this venue.

Room was ok but missing items. Found out that the water goes hot and cold if someone in another room uses their water. Didn't eat the breakfast went to the restaurant in front. The pool was closed...Location was a little noisy,walls are thin.

Bad experience, don't stay here! The bed didn't have the bottom sheet, linens and paper products were low quality. The free breakfast was very average and unhealthy. The gal at the front desk had a great list of restaurants in the area that was much appreciated.
