Hotel Miramar

This hotel is the worse in San Clemente, I stayed her and all in the same visit my room had a cockroach infestation behind the fridge compartment I’m talking hundreds of babies cockroaches to full sized they then wouldnt give me a new room I had to leave the room for six hours while they fogged the room refusing to give me a new one then having to stay that night in the room reaking of bug spray, secondly the shower head was so molded and rusted the whole thing was blue and green I took it off as it wasn’t even safe to be showering in it was so gross they then tried to accuse me of breaking it and getting frustrated when the problem was brought to there attention, then on the last day of staying I had not woken up when cleaning knocked so I then wake up to the Indian husband manager banging on my door he took the snooze sign off I wake Up in bed to him sticking His head through the door yelling at me it was totally inappropriate and unprofessional and made me sooo upset and uncomfortable that they feel comfortable jist doing whatever as if your living in there place not paying and they work for you this is the single handed worse experience iv had I can’t belive this place is still Up and running

This was my first stay here, this place was too good to be true. Was here with my friends and rooms were beyond our expectations..so clean, the front desk was always ready to help. The beds are super comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely come back.

Great place to live. Must visit if you want to have clean room with great staff and friendly environment. All staff is ready to help anytime they are ask and the manager is very polite.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍
