Circle Inn Hotel San Diego

Nice comfortable place. We always stay here when in San Diego. Could be a little noisy but it did not bother us. Perfect location and central to everything.

Room 154, handicap accessible (I didn't need). The shower stall was wide open with a hand held shower head - the water went EVERYWHERE! It splashed from the stall to the bathroom sink AND water leaked into the bedroom carpet area -had to put towels down! Spoke to the front desk, she told me she's make; 'a note with reservations'. The stall needs a lip to help contain the water and the wall adjoining needs re-caulking! I got a housekeeping call at 9:00a, I hadn't left yet, she told me she'd be back - she didn't and at 9:00p I went to the front desk and was told; 'I'd get room service in the morning'! I asked for for towels! The "living room" was nice but the coffee/tea/hot water needed constant attention, cleaning and restocking! People using the machine really didn't care how sloppy they were!

There is no exhaust fan in the cooking area, which made it impossible to cook. Additionally, there is a very strong musty odor in the room
