The hotel staff was great thank you to Jocelyn for all the hospitality and support. The location and rooms/restaurant were amazing.

Overall, this was a quiet and beautiful property with very nice rooms and several great amenities. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated many of the benefits the hotel has to offer. One area that could be communicated more clearly is the "ocean view" room designation. The hotel is located some distance from the beach, and only a limited number of rooms appear to have a more noticeable view of the ocean in the distance. Many rooms have only a partial side view or no ocean view at all from the balcony, so setting clearer expectations would be helpful. I also felt that customer service was somewhat inconsistent. While a few employees were absolutely outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome, some staff members seemed hesitant to engage with guests. The employees who did assist us were friendly, professional, and took great pride in providing excellent service, which made a positive impression on our stay. Accessibility and convenience could be improved as well. There are only two ramp-access points, one at the front entrance and another on the far side of the property. Guests parking in the rear lot may need to carry luggage up stairs or take a longer route around the building. Additionally, the elevator sometimes took a while to arrive, although it was quick once inside and traveling to a floor. During our stay, I only noticed one ice machine, which was located on the first floor. Wifi was not great for our stay. These factors affected my overall satisfaction rating. However, despite these concerns, the property itself was pleasant, the rooms were beautiful, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again and would likely request a room in the north corner area on the third floor, as that appears to offer the best chance for a more visible ocean view. Now for the highlights! As a Diamond member, we received a wonderful welcome goodie bag, which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable, and our bathroom appeared to be newly renovated and was beautifully done. The room included a little fridge with a small freezer cubby (not a small mini-fridge), sink, closet, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee available near the front desk. The hotel features a nice outdoor swimming pool with a seating area and a nearby restroom. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer located near the rear parking area, although I am not sure if there are additional laundry facilities elsewhere on the property. The café and lounge area offers both indoor and outdoor seating, creating a pleasant place to relax. The hotel also offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a reasonable fee, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to dine on-site. They also serve wine, beer, and mimosas for those looking to enjoy an adult beverage. The location is another plus. The hotel is situated on a street with several restaurants and small shops within walking distance, and it is only about 15 minutes from the fairgrounds. We did not see any grocery stores near by. Overall, we had a good stay and would be happy to return in the future but requesting the corner area. There is also a small $10 parking fee which is very reasonable and can be included in your package. They also send text messages and emails for updates and seeing if any special request can be addressed prior to arriving.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was in with everything working correctly. Love my stay.
