Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham

Room smells of curry and was so hot. We could not get the a/c low enough and told the front desk. He said someone would be there in the morning. We were hot all night and could barely sleep. We left in the morning to go enjoy our vacation day thinking we would come back at 6pm to a fixed a/c but no. We were told they were still coming. After 6:00pm?!!! Yeah right. We asked for another room and of course they are all booked. The entry doors are to the outside which is a major turn off. And homeless area is close by. Do not recommend.

Staff is very kind nice location very peaceful really good hotel everyone should experience once such a nyc big and specious rooms love it…front desk person , manager and all staff really good thank you so much

Our 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. The room was the standard expectation. It was obvious that IHG acquired and remodeled the building. Our room had outside access which I didn’t expect. I would stay here again because it was standard for the area around Sea World. The cupboard was well stocked and their coffee was delicious.
